Just like how dance is a self expression through body movements, music is also a self expression through notes and melodies. I've been playing the harp since I was in second grade. Sharing some harp excerpts below!

Waltz of the Flower by Tchaikovsky
I had the pleasure of both playing this iconic cadenza on the harp, and dancing as a Soloist in the Waltz of the Flower in the Nutcracker ballet. (Not at the same time, of course!)
